RETURN AN ITEM IN THE UAE

Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:

  1. Return/Exchange has to be made at the time of delivery. Customers can verify the order placed with the goods delivered, any mismatch we would accept return & refund the payment.
  2. Packages once opened cannot be returned
  3. Items should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
  4. Item must be in resalable condition (not used)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If goods do not match your order Simply return the goods on delivery we will arrange for a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Our E-commerce store is currently functional only in U.A.E.

REFUNDS

  • All credit card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction. Please note that shipping charges and any taxes and customs duties incurred will not be refunded.
  • All bank transfers will be refunded back to the payment bank account details provided when the order was placed.
  • We do not offer cash on delivery.
  • Stripe fees or other exchange fees will be excluded from refund amount.
  • In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit we will reimburse the customer any Shipping and Duty costs that have been incurred.
